How we do

We use a peculiar manufacturing process, in upholding the molecular bond between the Stainless Steel and Copper Plating. Copper Plating is widely utilised due to its excellent corrosion resistance property. Baron’s Plating techniques include,

Anti-Tarnish Dip

Anti-Tarnish Dipping protects your copper-plated assets from corrosion, oxidation, fading & prevents from tarnishing.

Acid Pickling

Coating the material (metal) with copper sulfate and sulphuric acid; Immersing in the electrolyte solution the material acts a cathode.

Hot Air Dry

The process of removing the surface moisture/water from the non-hygroscopic resins using heater/dryer. The excess water left behind from spare rinse is evaporated using this method refraining the metal from corrosion.

Degreasing

The excessive residue on the Copper Plated rods from the techniques used earlier are removed. This process segregates the grease, oil, and dirt from the surface of the material .

Buffing

Adding detail to the Copper rods, given a lustrous and smooth polished finish.
