Usage of Dissipative Earth Rod Seal is necessary to protect the earthing connections
when there is a possibility of water entering the inspection house from underground.
IIKA’s Earth Seals are suitable for Earth diameters from 1/2” to 3/4’’ and are used along with IIKA's range of earth pits.
The Dissipative Earth Rod Seal prevents the ground water from entering the inspection house.
Waterproof the earthing rod by securing the upper section within a plastic pipe with seals locked on both sides of the concrete composition.
The double plate-style flange reduces pressure that may occur due to the capillary action of water over the seals and inspection house.
The flanges prevents the inspection pit from “popping” out of the concrete composition due may occur due to the water pressure.
Advantages of Dissipative Earth Rod Seal
Has a larger contact surface when compared to 50mm diameter earthing rod.
Superlative connection between the earthed and the ground/land incorporated with a high- grade enhancement compound.
The moulding components on the seal, has efficient water sealing capacity.
Has high resistance against corrosion.
Adapts with all kinds of ground/ earth inspection house.
