Why the first phase matters more than the full plan
A common mistake is to buy every module on day one. A smaller start, such as sales and inventory first, then purchase and accounts, gets your staff using the system sooner and shows problems while they are still cheap to fix. Ask any partner what they would leave out of phase one.
If you already use Tally
Many Chennai businesses keep Tally for accounts and only want Odoo for stock, production or sales. Others plan to move everything.
